CA. I am available for portraits and weddings throughout the San
Francisco Bay Area, Northern California, and Lake Tahoe.

I have been fortunate enough to make my life's work
from what I love. Photography is my passion and my joy. This shows
in the images I create. My images are personal, true, and show the
exchange of trust I develop with all of my clients.
I have been specializing in Weddings and Portraits for eleven years.
I began my business in Raleigh, NC after graduating from The University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996 with a degree in Media
Production. My current studio in Concord, CA allows me to photograph
newborns and maternity portraits with the utmost privacy and comfort.
I am also available for location sessions throughout Northern California.
As a member of the Professional Photographers of America, the Professional
Photographers of California, the Professional Photographers of the
Greater Bay Area, the Professional Photographers of North Carolina,
and the Photographic Society of the Triangle, I have wonderful resources
for ongoing education. I believe it’s important to continue
growing in this ever-changing field. I also enjoy working closely
with other East Bay business owners through both the Pleasant Hill
and the Concord Chambers of Commerce.

My style of wedding photography is photojournalistic in the sense
that most of my work is candid and documents the "storyline"
of the day. Photographing children presents me with the wonderful
challenge of capturing the spirit of these tiny souls with a camera.
I think it’s important to develop personal relationships with
each of my clients. Whether I am photographing your wedding, your
maternity portrait, or you with your newborn, I want you to feel
at ease in front of the camera.
